Bruna Kajiya  becomes 2009 kiteboarding Champion. We are really happy for her, she has battled for this title several years and she derserved it. Her style now is strong and powerfull, fast and technicall. Girls are finally pushing the evelope to her limits, and that is great. It takes a lot of determination and work for a girl (way more than for a man) to reach this limits and now there are a few girls that are riding very impressive.

We are happy and proud to have Bruna Kajiya and Karolina Winkowska on our team.

The talk of the women was the young rider, Karolina Winkowska (POL, NAISH/ BALANCE) who was placed second after the single elimination. She fought off the challenge of Gisela Pulido (SPA, AIRUSH) and went on to push Susi Mai (GER, CABRINHA) to her limits for the top spot.
She won the first heat against Susi and forced her into another great final heat. She went on to take the Women’s freestyle title here in Cumbuco and her first on the KPWT. Congratulations!
